Exclusive features include water views, a private beach, dock, fire pit, and 50 AMP EV charging. With three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a heated lower level for family activities, the home comfortably sleeps eight. The open-concept main floor boasts a 31x20 Dining/Living Room with AC Mini-Split, while the upper level hosts three bedrooms and a well-appointed full bath. Outside, a private composite deck, waterfront beach, and stone pebble fire pit area provide an outdoor oasis. The lakeside retreat is more than a house—it's an opportunity to create lasting memories in a tranquil setting. The house is in a residential community, so excessive noise or partying is not allowed. Only registered guests (max 8, incl. children) are permitted, and the main booking guest must be 25 or older. Guests must sign a rental agreement.
