Hi! Aubrey and Brad and welcome you to their home! This house started as a dream - but they are BIG dreamers! They met in San Diego in 2019 and started building a life together. Aubrey, a Navy helicopter pilot, and Brad, yoga studio owner turned civilian pilot, spent two years renovating this house to turn it into a place you never want to leave. Aubrey, a lover of interior design, and Brad, the best handyman, are pursuing careers in real estate investing so they can create more beautiful experiences for people like you. They are animal lovers and have two huskies, Spirit and JJ. JJ was rescued from a high kill shelter in LA and they love supporting local animal rescues to save doggy lives. Aubrey and Brad are activists for the environment and their ultimate goal is to have a positive impact on the environment. Brad, just a surfer bro from Santa Cruz, and Aubrey, just a farm girl from Illinois, want to leave a lasting impression on this planet. You can find both of them at the gym, a yoga class, at the beach, hiking a mountain, cooking in the kitchen or traveling around the US with their pups!

Welcome to OB Surfer's Paradise! This house was completely renovated from top to bottom by Aubrey and Brad. Their goal was to create an eco-luxury retreat that is carbon negative! All of the appliances are electric and the solar runs the house and supplies clean electricity to the grid. They brought the soil back to life on this lot - there was not one plant on the lot before! Since they bought this house in 2020, they planted six trees and hundreds of plants! No chemicals are used on the property. You can find a compost in the garden bed, rosemary and fruit trees around the property. Right across the street is Collier Neighborhood Park. The park is dog and kid friendly. You can bring a bottle of wine or a case of beer over there and enjoy! (legal drinking hours 8AM-8PM) After a sunset at the park, you can try and catch the fireworks from SeaWorld on the upstairs balcony. You can walk to the beach in 15 minutes, grab a scoop of ice cream from Stella Jean just a couple of blocks away, a glass of wine from Cesarina or enjoy a night in with the fire pit! A sleepy, relaxing and family friendly neighborhood in Ocean Beach that is across the street from a kid and dog friendly park. 15-20 minute walk to Dog Beach! Walkable to restaurants, grocery stores and coffee! We lived in this neighborhood for two years, and are obsessed - it really is a DREAM location!
