The main level is home to a living and dining area, a well-equipped eat-in kitchen, a half bathroom, and a primary suite with a remodeled bathroom, while the top floor features the loft, full bathroom (shared by two bedrooms), and the second primary suite. Central air-conditioning, a washer/dryer (new for 2019), and a one-car garage with an extra refrigerator provide added convenience. While here, lounge comfortably while watching something on one of the four included TVs, three of which have Blu-ray players. You may park in the driveway, or the street for an additional cost. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
