Walk to the beach and downtown Bethany from this oceanside townhome! The first floor consists of an open living, dining area, and well-equipped kitchen. The living room is a great place to unwind along with your family or friends–it comes equipped with a sofa, three armchairs, and a flatscreen TV with cable. Right off the living is the small, but private back patio with five Adirondack chairs. Back inside, the dining table seats up to four lucky guests. Be the start of the group and surprise everyone with delicious meals prepared in the fully-equipped kitchen. There is a half bathroom on this level to add even more convenience. Climb up the spiral staircase and you'll find the second and upper level of this home away from home–two bedrooms and a full bathroom await. The shared outdoor pool will be everyone's best friend, especially during warm days. Things to know: Gas fireplace not available to guests *Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
