The five-bedroom home has an open floor plan and spacious outdoor deck, offers comfortable living space for larger groups of families and friends. This gorgeous home is a 30-minute drive to Breckenridge’s world-class ski resort and multiple 14ers, making it the ideal spot for those looking to enjoy all the area has to offer! Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates. 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.

This home is located in beautiful Alma, a quaint mountain town full of history, charm, and abundant outdoor adventures. Alma is known as being the highest incorporated town in North America sitting at 10,361 ft! The area is a gateway to endless outdoor adventures with several 14ers in close proximity. While in the area, head to one of the historic mining towns such as Buckskin Joe. Head the 10 miles over to Mosquito Pass, one of Colorado’s highest mountain passes that provides stunning views of the Rocky Mountains. Or make the 30-minute trip to Breckenridge, where you can hit the ski slopes at Breckenridge Ski Resort or stroll Main Street and explore the many shops, restaurants, galleries, and museums there.
