Company information

I am a former financial controller and the author of 2 published novels (Lazarus Cane and Michael Faust). My wife, Kendall, and I moved to the area in 2001, bought our first rental villa in 2002 and have slowly added properties ever since. We love interesting food and doing whatever we can to stay at the beach! My wife, Kendall, and I have owned and rented condos on Hilton Head since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and manage a few others. We live on the island and are always available if needed (or for a good restaurant recommendation).

Beautifully appointed ocean and beach view condo situated on one of Hilton Head's most desired beaches. Third back from ocean with one of the best views at Seaside! Steps to the beach and just a couple blocks from shopping and entertainment, this one bedroom features everything you need for a great vacation. One bedroom with new queen sleeper sofa and bunks for small children. Fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for cooking meals.

Neighbourhood information

Seaside is a gated oceanfront complex just 2 blocks from shopping, dining and entertainment, and just a short walk to the new Celebration Park, with its large children's playground and museum.
