Park and walk right to your condo located in the 3rd floor with 3rd floor parking. No elevators! This condo has 1 bedroom with a king size bed, and a bunk room with twin beds, as well as a sofa full size bed. Kitchen is fully equipped with granite counter tops; in addition to a washer and dryer. Also has 2 full bathrooms. As you walk into this condo, the beautiful views of the ocean are the first sight you see. You feel like you are right on the beach; yet high enough to enjoy the rest of the amazing views. You are also a walking distance from the seafood restaurant, Pineapple Willy's. Shores of Panama includes a 18,000 sq ft style pool, fountains, Gulf-side hot tub with privacy stone wall, waterfalls, indoor heated pool and sanctuary, 2 poolside gourmet food tiki and grill bars, 24 hr fitness room, full service spa, beach rentals and activities, gift and coffee shop, sunset beach side bar, beach loungers, umbrellas,water sports,kid's club,playground and lush landscaping throughout the property.

One of the main advantages of this condo is that you do not need elevators. Since the condo is on the third floor, your car will be park on the third floor and the pool is close by using the stairway. Also, you are at walking distance from one of the most famous restaurants in Panama Beach, Pineapple Willy's. You are also at walking distance on the beach to rent, beach chairs, parasailing, pontoon boat, banana boat and go on dolphin tours. Not to mention all the attractions that are close to the condo such as Coconut Creek Family Fun Park, Wonderworks, Ripley's Believe or Not, Race City, Zooworld,Shipwreck Island Water Park to name a few. Unit also offers free WIFI, in addition to a fully equipped kitchen and a brand new full size sleeper sofa.
