We managed private apartments at the SIAN Building offered as short-term Rentals.
Hollywood Beach is well known for its Atlantic Ocean-facing beaches and the “Old Florida” feel. These are considered the best beaches in Miami (and the U.S.) with a great variety of stores, malls, bars, seafood eateries, and restaurants within a walking distance.
The building is located 4 miles away from Aventura and 3 miles from the Hollywood Beach Broadwalk with over 50 restaurants, 30 shops & 3 parks that line this historic old-timey vibe.
Note:
You have a one-time payment of FOB USD 30 for every 2 adults in the building that allows you to use amenities.
Valet Open 24hs: 1 day: 10 USD / 2 days: 40 USD / 3 days: 45 USD / 4 days: 60 USD / 5 days: 75 USD / 6 or 7 days: 90 USD / 8 days or more: 125 USD (or 175 USD for a full month).
