Enjoy Waco's charm in a beautifully restored 1920s home steps from the famous Magnolia Silos. Perfect for groups, our 5-bedroom retreat offers modern comforts like a hot tub, large yard, and fire pit, while keeping its vintage appeal. Walk to downtown attractions or relax in the spacious backyard with friends and family - this spot has it all.
We love to interact with our guests to the extent that you love to interact with your host. Memories are what we value the most in our family and we want you to make some great ones when you stay at Simply Put Magnolia. We're only a quick message away when/if you need us. If we only interact during check-in, check-out and when we leave each other 5 star reviews, we're good with that too!
You'll have a short, easy walk to the Silos, coffee shops and great restaurants. The property also has easy access to the freeway and many chain restaurants. Private driveway parking in the back yard and street parking out front.
