This charming apartment is nestled into the quiet Corcoran neighborhood, just 10 minutes from downtown Minneapolis. Easy access to the bus and bike lines make this updated home conveniently located for downtown events, the airport/MOA, the Chain of Lakes, and many more Minneapolis highlights. Snapdragon Apartment is the first floor of this duplex home, and in addition to the two updated bedrooms, you'll enjoy a charming shared backyard patio area, a beautiful living room with Roku-TV, and a fully-stocked kitchen. The kitchen offers a full complement of kitchenware, spices, etc, so if you want to eat in, we've got you covered, but if you want to dine out, you are in a great neighborhood! Eat Street is just 10 minutes away, and Matt's Bar (home of the original Juicy Lucy) is just a half mile away, plus many other local favorites. Enjoy garage parking for an extra fee, or easy, free street parking right out front. We have other rentals nearby too, if you are looking for larger or smaller accommodations.
