ID is required at check-in. ** Effective October 1st, 2022, and until further notice, the Snowline community recreational amenities (including the swimming pool, clubhouse, tennis courts, etc.) are no longer available for Guest use. The first (main) floor features a great floorplan with a cozy living room including a freestanding gas fireplace to snuggle up to, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, and a separate dining area with dual access to a platform deck. A full bath rounds out the first floor accoutrements. Ascending the stairwell to the second floor reveals a combination ¾-bath and laundry area, one bedroom with 1-full sized bed plus 1-set of standard sized bunk beds, (perfect for the kiddos) and a second bedroom with 1-full sized bed and 1-twin sized bed, plus a desk for catching-up on things (or not!). This wifi equipped, and monitored vacation property will sleep up to 7-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy).
