Sorellina House is a beautiful and custom-built colonial home on ten spacious acres, designed with historic charms and modern comforts in mind. Conveniently located five miles from Glen Arbor public boat launch, outdoor enthusiasts will love adventuring in Glen Arbor and Sleeping Bear Dunes. Within five miles, you can find several hiking trails, a farm with fresh eggs for sale, local eateries, and playgrounds. This lovely house is in the heart of Northern Michigan, surrounded by hometown culture and feel. Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and a cozy atmosphere throughout the well-appointed living area. You'll love the traditional Cape Cod design, custom woodwork, and the views of Big Glen Lake. Relax and make yourself at home by resting on the plush furniture, streaming a movie marathon on one of the large TVs, or curling up with a good book by the fireplace. The kitchen is the heart of a home, and this one is no exception. Equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, granite countertops, a coffee and tea bar, and a generous island, it provides the ideal space for gathering together while cooking and sharing meals. The dining table seats eight, and the bonus kids table seats three, offering plenty of space for you and your favorite people. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
