I'm originally from Indiana, but I've lived in Boulder for 25 years. I am a huge sports fan, and a Denver Nuggets season ticket holder. I enjoy hiking, hot yoga, snowboarding, wakeboarding, and spending time with my family. I will be available 24/7 to help guests with anything and everything they need!

Spacious home in Boulder w/ Game Room. 4 bedrooms, 5 beds, sleeps 10, 2 bathrooms, pet friendly, big back yard! On Boulder Bike Path, 5 min drive to CU campus/football stadium, 8 minute drive to Pearl St, 3 minute walk to grocery store, liquor store, restaurants, big plaza. Easy access to Denver, just off highway 36E. Game room has a pull-out sofa that turns into a Double Bed, a foosball table, Ms. PAC-MAN arcade game, tons of board games, dart board. Flat screen TV's in every room, each bedroom has a theme. Gas Grill, Volleyball/Badminton court in back yard! The house is great for family's or a group of friends.

Three minute walk from - Safeway Grocery store, 7-11, liquor store, restaurants, Walgreens, Urgent Care, and more. The home is located in a great neighborhood! The Boulder Bike/Walking Path runs directly behind the house. The path gives you easy access to everywhere in Boulder! The house is a 5 minute drive to CU and Folsom Field, 8 minute drive to downtown- Pearl St, and very close/easy access to the highway that takes you to Denver. There is a driveway where 2 cars can fit, and also free street parking.
