The house was a 2 minute walk to a bus stop making it easy to travel around. There was a good amount of space in each room, plenty of seating in the livingroom and laundry facilities. This house was good value for what we paid.

Large historic Mid-City 2 bedroom home. Over 1,000 square feet for you to enjoy! One of the original homes, constructed of all brick and wood, you will literally be in a part of history. It was built around 1830. The amazing location is a 10 minute driving from the French Quarter, close to downtown. Smack dab in all of the action, yet still in a nice little quiet nook of the city! 50" TCL HD TV with Netflix, HBO, Showtime, Amazon Prime, and cable.
The home is nestled in a quiet little nook of the city center with delicious bistros and charming cafes nearby. It is also a 10-minute drive to the French Quarter making it easy to access the dazzling music and entertainment New Orleans is known for. This is a great place to recharge after taking in everything New Orleans has to offer, but it's not a good place for people who want to bring the party home. I love my neighbors and want to maintain my relationships with them so please be respectful, especially in the backyard. This is a legal rental so it's not a secret that I do short term rentals from my home. Fantastic central heating and A/C. Close to The Ruby Slipper, Buffa's, Horn's, Port of Call, and R Bar. Despite all this, and because of traffic patterns, the block is very quiet. Guest access Keyless entry. Our guests have access to everything in the house including the laundry, kitchen, dishwasher, and patios! Other things to note PARKING --There is a guest parking we can loan you that allows you to park 24 hours a day for the length of your stay in front of the house.
