Pets are not allowed, with a 500 fine for violations and possible cancellation without a refund. Undisclosed pets incur a 200 fine per pet. Parking is limited to two vehicles per unit. Vehicles must have valid registration and cannot park backed-in. Handicap placards must be displayed. Parking in fire lanes or reserved spaces may result in towing. Quiet hours are from 8 PM to 7 AM, and guests must keep noise minimal. Service animals are welcome but must not disturb other tenants. Guests are responsible for cleaning or damages, and service animals cannot be left unattended. To avoid plumbing issues, do not flush wipes, hygiene products, or excess toilet paper. The property is not responsible for lost items. A retrieval fee applies, and unclaimed items are held for 72 hours before disposal. Guests must not use the address for parcel delivery, as we do not accept or forward packages. Fines apply: Unauthorized guests incur a 100 fine per person, parties result in a 500 fine, lost access cards cost 250, and unauthorized late checkouts are 50 per hour.
