One of the highlights of this sunny home is the backyard oasis, which houses a heated saltwater pool, a covered poolside BBQ area with a gas grill, an outdoor dining area with an umbrella, and a covered lounge area with inviting seating. As you enter, you will be greeted by an open-concept floor plan with plenty of natural light. Wind down in the inviting living area and stream fun shows and movies on the smart TV with streaming services. The chef of the group will have a great time preparing homemade masterpieces in the updated kitchen with newer cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The home has a split floor plan with two guest bedrooms located on the opposite side of the primary suite. The primary suite has a walk-in closet and an en suite bathroom with granite countertops, dual sinks, and a tub. Additional perks include cable TV in every room, board games, and a large laundry room with a washer/dryer and a sink. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. 3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. An optional fee of USD 32 per day is available to be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Vacasa after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
