Experience a serene waterfront retreat in our guest suite, complete with a balcony overlooking a tranquil spring-fed lake. Enjoy complete privacy with a separate second floor entrance accessible via a spiral staircase. Luxurious Amenities: Unwind in comfort in the king bed suite, which features an en suite bathroom, a cozy TV watching area, and a well-equipped kitchenette for your convenience. Outdoor facilities include lake pier, swing, hammock, bbq coal grill and table are communal and are shared with the main house. Property does not have a pool, but is less than a mile away from the Fort Gatlin Community Pool (pictured). Only one car allowed. Traveling with a child? We can provide a car seat, a portable playard with a bassinet, and toys. Subject to availability; not appropriate for all ages. Inquire and reserve early. Like sports? The Best Location: You are close to both I-4 and 408, two major highways. Head south for Disney, Universal, and I-Drive or head north for the springs or the best Winter Park restaurants. Or visit the famous Florida beaches on the west or east shores. Tired of driving? Stay here and enjoy local life: community pools, volleyball courts, pickle-ball and tennis courts, and craft breweries. Local hidden gem restaurants are all just a few miles away or within walking distance. Want to visit a downtown event? You are close enough for an Uber ride, so no need to worry about parking or whether you can drink or not.
