This one-bedroom studio combines the kitchen, dining, living space, and bedroom into a cozy home. Features: Mountain Views: Enjoy stunning vistas from large windows. Convenience: Centrally located for easy access to Park City attractions. Interior: Spacious full-size bathroom with a tub/shower combo and a single vanity sink. Elegant ceramic tile floors are highlighted by a striking red accent wall. Kitchen: Fully equipped with a stainless steel gas range, Whirlpool microwave oven/vent hood, spacious full-size refrigerator, and dishwasher. Natural wood-tone cabinetry offers ample storage. Living Area: Includes an overstuffed leather and fabric sofa that converts to a queen/full-size bed, facing a cozy corner fireplace and a 32-inch HDTV. The dining table is positioned in front of a large window with mountain views. Sleeping Space: Queen-sized bed with mountain views and two wall-mounted reading lamps for easy relaxation. Construction Notice: Ongoing construction due to building expansion and lobby renovation. Alternate access with full use of stairs and elevator will be maintained. Exterior improvements include painting and deck replacements. Balcony/deck and furniture can be used when no active work is happening. Furniture must be brought inside when not in use. Minimal disruption is expected, and we are committed to providing a comfortable stay. Parking Restrictions: No parking allowed for Recreational Vehicles, Boats, Trailers, or Oversized Vehicles.

Conveniently located just off Highway 40, Stillwater 3005 is right by the entrance to the gorgeous Jordanelle State Park where you can rent wave runners, boats, and paddle boards in the summer months. The Tanger Outlet Stores, dozens of popular restaurants, and lots of major shops and attractions are only a quick drive away. And of course, charming downtown Park City and the world-famous Park City ski slopes are right around the corner! You're also right by the Deer Valley Gondola for Easy Ski Access! Instead of exiting the highway and turning left to go to the Stillwater Lodge, turn right! Then turn right again and you're there! All the parking is FREE! Deer Valley runs a shuttle up and down to pick you up and drop you off at your car so no hauling equipment! There are free ski lockers in the base so you can leave your skis there overnight. You can even buy lift tickets right there, day or multi-day passes. There are clean bathrooms, boot heaters and comfortable places to sit while getting ready to ski. At the top, there's a small restaurant (coffee & hot chocolate available) and easy access to the St. Regis facilities overlooking Snow Lake Lodge. When the resort is packed, the Deer Valley Gondola is much less crowded and makes it feel like you're skiing on your own, personal trails.
