Welcome to Dogwood 2, One of the best places to be for a mountain view! Excellent location! 5 mins to Pigeon Forge & 10 mins to Gatlinburg yet secluded enough to enjoy a private mountain getaway. 1 Master bedroom and Sleeper Sofa with stainless steel appliances to show off your culinary skills! For the grill master, there is an outdoor grill. Star gaze in the hot tub or soak in the Jacuzzi; roasting some smores in the firepit would be the icing on the cake! Flat parking & one-level cabin.

Welcome to the Livingston Resort. WE are a collection of 8 cabins in total on this breathtaking Smoky Mountain Top. Easy access to the turn off for Livingston cabins but please while your enjoying the drive up watch for the Stop sign and follow the direction to your specific cabin location. We welcome you to your vacation stay away from civilization but just a short 7 minute drive to be back in Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. We have all 4 seasons and lots of wildlife all around for you to enjoy. There are bears young and old so please do not leave any food out at all and keep your keys on you and cars locked during your stay. Bears can open car doors. Pigeon Forge has an awesome Trolley System for guests that want a super-fun adventure!
