This is just the right space for a refreshing beach getaway, surrounded by all the modern conveniences and just one house from the popular 18th Street beach! Here's what you'll find: LIVING/DINING AREA: - Upholstered sectional sofa - Cable TV - Dining table w/ seating for 4-6 - Barstool seating for 3 at the adjacent kitchen counter KITCHEN: - Fully stocked w/ dishes, utensils, cookware, bakeware - All major appliances; small appliances - Guests must supply their own food, drinks (including coffee), spices, condiments, and paper goods (napkins, plastic wrap, etc.) BEDROOMS: - Bedroom #1: King bed; Roku TV; en suite bathroom; peek-a-boo ocean view - Bedroom #2: Full/twin bunk bed set; Roku TV EXTRA SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: To fulfill the maximum occupancy, 2 twin trifold floor mat (best suited for children) along with extra linens/pillows are provided. A twin rollaway bed can be rented in lieu of the floor mat, if desired. Make arrangements with our office in advance to ensure delivery in time for your arrival.
