Utah’s world-famous ski resorts of Deer Valley, Park City, Snowbird, Alta, Brighton, and solitude are all a short drive away. Or you may even enjoy some urban trail running and biking in the 110.5 acre Sugar House Park or nearby trails. For business or conventions, the house is only 12 minutes from Downtown Salt Lake City and the convention and sports arenas. The house is also about 12 minutes away from the University hospital if you are visiting Salt Lake City for healthcare issues.

Sugar house is a charming, quiet, and walkable neighborhood. It has a small-town feel despite being an urban neighborhood. The streets are lined with trees and a blend of older and new houses. Walking around the neighborhood will give you not only the view of the houses, and trees but of the gorgeous surrounding mountains such as Mount Olympus. You will also find in Sugar House, Plenty of restaurants, bars, breweries, and shops. All close to the Sugar House Urban Basecamp. Two restaurants within walking distance are Feldman's Deli Feldman’s Deli, the only authentic Jewish deli in SLC, and Stratford Proper Cafe and Bistro.
