***Please note, HURRICANE UPDATE: Sunglow Resort is currently closed for hurricane repairs, but is expected to REOPEN in March 2024 or sooner (subject to change). Once the building reopens, the building will essentially be new with new elevators and beach access. 12/27/23 Update: Pool & spa completion expected May/June 2024 (subject to change). Sunglow Resort 206 is a one-bedroom / one-bathroom air-conditioned, condo that sleeps 4 when the sleeper sofa is put to use. Take the elevator up to your condo and walk through the door into a beautifully decorated retreat. The living room is outfitted with a comfortable sleeper sofa, which converts to a full size bed, a chair along with a flat-screen 48" TV with cable and DVD for your family to enjoy. There’s also free Wi-Fi so be sure to bring your laptop and send lots of photos to friends

Please note that Concrete Repairs on floors 1-10 start Monday 10-27-25 and will be done around 12-1-25. Painting will start 11-17 and will be done around 12-1-25.

Waterproofing will start 12-1-25 and will be done around 12-8-25. Railing paint will start 12-8-25 and will be done around 12-15-25. Punch out 12-15-25 and will be done

around 12-18-25. Demobilize 12-18-25 and will be done around 12-22-25. Access to condo’s may be needed.

Please understand that the work will be noisy at times and that some areas of the building may be off limits to guests for short periods of time.
