Welcome to Water's Edge Cottage, part of Sunset Shores Resort, hosted by Simple Life Rentals. Nestled along 200 feet of Kangaroo Lake waterfront, guests will enjoy swimming, water sports and fishing in the 1100-acre glacier-formed lake. This cozy retreat offers 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, main living space, fully stocked kitchen, and an enclosed porch. This property allows up to 2 well-behaved dogs. There is an additional fee collected at booking. The seasonally installed dock accommodates guest's boats, with a nearby boat launch. The pier also provides a stunning view of sunsets. Guests will also enjoy shared amenities such as a fire pit with chairs and firewood, green space, sand box and swing set. Sunset Shores is a small community of 6 cabins offering the perfect setting for larger gatherings such as family reunions.
