Property information
Incredibly 770 square foot waterfront property on nearly an acre of land. Recently completely reconstructed, this is a single family residence with an open lot that is paved and partially fenced. The house includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, updated kitchen, A/C, huge TV, fireplace and more. And if you ever want to leave this house, there is a bus stop right in front of the entrance way, and the 130th street Light Rail Station is under construction just 10 blocks away!
There is a mall ( supermarket, Gym, restaurant etc. ) only 8 minutes walk away.
NOTE:
We provide you with one set of queen size bed sheet and one set of king size bed sheet, if you need more please contact me and I can provide you with more for extra dollars.
