If you need a moment to check in with the real world, a small office area on the upstairs landing offers a desk and printer. Enjoy a large, well-equipped kitchen with a full suite of appliances and all the extras and cookware you’ll need for family feasts in the comfort of your own rental. A breakfast bar with seating for three offers a spot to chat with the chef or fuel up in the morning before heading out to explore. The spacious dining area features seating for six at a charming tiled table. For al fresco dinners, fire up the BBQ grill and dine on the patio with seating for six. Sip drinks on another tranquil private courtyard with lounge seating in the front yard. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
