Private 2nd-floor living with rear access via stairs. 2 queen-size beds in 2 bedrooms, the 3rd bedroom serves as a cozy TV room with 2 futons (full & twin). Compact kitchen features quartz countertops, air fryer, microwave, electric kettle, 2-burner cooktop, coffee maker, and compact washer/dryer. Please be considerate of the 2 units below shared driveway, dedicated 1 off street parking spot and on street parking options. Respect quiet hours (9pm-7am), no indoor smoking, and no pets.
