My wife's name is Tetyana and mine is Robert. We are your hosts as well as the owners. Currently we offer 6 beach front properties on Florida's west coast and multiple other homes throughout Central Florida for both short term and long term rentals.

Property information

The Beach at Longboat Key , Florida is a uniquely designed direct ocean view with balcony property. The views from your upper balcony are spectacular as are the sunsets. Come enjoy beautiful Longboat Key while staying at the Beach! You will not be disappointed staying here and we have only a 2 day minimum any time of the year.

Neighbourhood information

Longboat Key is an exclusive 12 mile long barrier island just off the west cost of Florida near Sarasota and St.Armands circle. Here you will find white soft sand and pristine turquoise blue ocean. The island offers bike, kayak and boat rentals , amazing sunsets and dinners on your own private balcony. Your second floor full ocean view is truly spectacular. Enjoy a glass of wine and watch natures wildlife all around you and maybe get to watch dolphins swim from the best seat in the house from your ocean balcony..
