Ready for true lake house vibes? This brand new, family friendly home boasts views of the mountain, valley, and lake from the giant windows in the common area. This lovely space combines an open kitchen (complete with farm sink, full size appliances, and an island), picnic style dining area, and a living room complete with a gas fireplace. The deck with a living room style setup is just outside! This is one of two living rooms, as the downstairs den serves as a bonus relaxation space for groups. Everyone can stay comfortable with the home's central air conditioning. When it's time to head to bed, there are plenty of options for guests to choose from. The first bedroom is just past the kitchen - head past the private washer/dryer and you'll find the room, featuring a king bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. On the opposite side of the first floor, guests can choose between one room with a queen bed and another with two double beds (both served by a hall bathroom with a shower/tub combination). Downstairs, the fourth bedroom is just to the left of the den. This room features a king bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Across the way, the final two bedrooms can both utilize a hall bathroom with a shower/tub combo. One room features two double-over-double bunk bed sets and the other features a queen bed. As part of your stay, guests of this home will have access to the Ideal Beach Resort. This includes access to the tennis courts, volleyball courts, a shared pool and hot tub, mini golf, and so much more!
