Private Heated saltwater pool. Affordable luxurious, modern spacious home. Your bedrooms are themed after the town squares! Walk to the Nancy Lopez course/restaurant. You'll have one of the largest private courtyards in The Villages with your own private heated pool. Grab a cup of coffee, tea or a cocktail to sip while you cozy up on the outdoor sofa. Our kitchen is fully stocked for cooking, the home is spotless clean with little luxuries that will surprise you. You'll be half way between Spanish Springs and Lake Sumpter. Easy cart ride to eat, dance, shop, golf, & more! #memories

Very private, quiet neighborhood, walkable to the golf courses, grocery store, Walgreens, gas station are a 5 min golf cart ride away. So fun to cart to grab groceries or eats!
