This home is a comfortable place to kick up your feet. Built in 1938, it has an old time feel with all the modern accessories. However we kept the old claw door tub in the upstairs bathroom! The kitchen is bee themed and the home is nestled right in the city. We have a basement apartment underneath with its own separate entrance on the side. Your home is the front entrance. We do ask that you not go down the deck stairs just to give our basement apartment the privacy it also deserves.
Rachel has been hosting for a few years now and absolutely loves to help people feel at home. She’s had weddings and birthday events at the home and just adores helping others any way that she can. She lives locally and would be happy to help with anything you may need.
The home sits in a quiet neighborhood just off the Dick and Willie trail in uptown Martinsville. Its location is walking distance to the Natural History Museum, local breweries and dining and more. Only a 10-15 minute drive to the Martinsville Speedway.
