Perfect for up to 10 guests, this exclusive home offers both privacy and serenity. While the house and pool provide complete seclusion, the stunning Japanese Garden is shared with other guests. Wonderkoi is just minutes from 35+ major attractions, including the Miami Zoo, Homestead Speedway, the Everglades, and the Florida Keys—making it the perfect base for both relaxation and adventure. The Space GARDEN: Wonderkoi was thoughtfully designed and beautifully crafted by renowned woodworker Michael Cruz. The garden features tranquil ponds and stunning Koi fish, creating a serene atmosphere for all to enjoy. HOUSE: BEDROOMS: Four spacious bedrooms provide the perfect mix of comfort and privacy. KITCHEN: Fully equipped with modern appliances, perfect for preparing delicious meals. LIVING ROOM: Relax and have fun with a stylish pool table for entertainment. OUTDOOR AREA: Take a dip in the private pool or enjoy a barbecue surrounded by peaceful garden views. GARAGE: Fits up to 7 cars, with additional fees for larger vehicles or RVs. IMPORTANT: Parties or events are not permitted without prior approval. Unauthorized gatherings may lead to penalties. Some events may be allowed for an additional fee.
