It leads to an expansive worn-wood patio providing unique furniture and a thatching roof overlooking the sea. Outside, the grounds are reminiscent of a private island, with warped palm trees swaying in the breeze, a large white sand beach, and Tiki huts to relax under. The Atlantic expands as far as the eye can see, only punctuated by a dock. The water in front of the home is shallow, with a channel that enables a boat up to 30 feet in length to reach the dock.
