The exterior of this charming vacation home boasts a sparkling private swimming pool that is surrounded by a fence for privacy and security as well as a covered front porch with comfortable chairs and fabulous Gulf views. In addition, under-house concrete parking, a fish cleaning area (with running water), and an enclosed outdoor shower are provided for guest convenience. As you enter Time Out, you are greeted by an open living/dining/kitchen space. This inviting vacation home lets the outside in through its wall of windows and is tastefully decorated in shades of blue and yellow to reflect the sea and sand outdoors. There is ample seating, including a sleeper sofa (queen) and a game/extra-dining table. The comfortable living space also features a large TV (cable/DVD/VHS) and a stereo system. There is a charming dining area and additional seating at the breakfast bar that looks into the well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen boasts plenty of counter space, a pantry, a microwave, and a dishwasher. Opposite the kitchen area is the separate laundry area with high-efficiency washers/dryers. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
