The beautifully appointed kitchen boasts plenty of prep space, a breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances, a six-burner gas range, a wet bar, and a beverage fridge. Relax in this home's outdoor spaces - a spacious front porch, a private fenced yard, and an outdoor shower. The primary bedroom features an ensuite bathroom with a separate soaking tub and an oversized shower with a waterfall faucet. An electric vehicle charger adds convenience during your stay. Streaming services are available with guests’ own account(s) Linens are provided as part of your vacation rental and the beds are made to prepare for your arrival. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. The pool is open March 1st to December 1st. Pool heat is optional and can be purchased for an added daily fee. This property is managed by Vacasa Delaware LLC.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. 2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. An optional fee of USD 125 per day is available to be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Vacasa after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
