Check out the Bethany Beach boardwalk for live music and evening movies in the summertime. There is ample room to spread out while relaxing at home base, and everyone can find their slice of paradise. The first level has an interior shower to clean off any lingering sunscreen from a day at the beach. The home's mid-level will be the hub for entertaining with a fantastic living area complete with vaulted ceilings, plenty of natural light, plentiful furnishings, and a TV to stream favorite shows at the end of an exciting day. The full kitchen has everything you need to prepare tasty recipes, including a spacious island, modern appliances, bar seating, and ample cookware. Plus, everyone can take their pick of gathering at the formal dining table or heading out to the screened porch to dine alfresco on warm summer evenings. The screened porch and open deck are also great for morning coffee, where a canal view awaits. There is even more room to spread out on the third floor with a loft/TV area and deck with a table and chairs. The third floor also has a desk in case a workspace is needed. And the house is equipped with games, puzzles, books, and high-speed internet to keep everyone entertained. Additional amenities include beach chairs, sand toys, a beach wagon, umbrellas, cornhole, boogie boards, and bocce ball.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
