Quiet hours are designated between 9:00 pm and 8:00 am and will be strictly enforced. Things to Know Community Enhancements: Please note that starting Monday, July 21, 2025, the Tahoe Village office, pool, and spa will be temporarily closed for renovations as we begin construction on a brand-new clubhouse. Demolition work will begin immediately, and the new facilities are expected to be completed by December 31st, weather permitting. We appreciate your understanding as the community improves its amenities for an even better guest experience in the future."

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
