Hi, thank you for booking our place for your stay. A little about me, I'm easygoing, friendly, and disciplined. I like to keep my surroundings neat and clean. I have a 3 year old daughter and a 4-year old dog named Lulu, she is a lab mix. Some of my interests are, traveling, hiking, cooking, camping, training in mixed martial arts, experiencing different kinds of food and culture, meeting interesting people, and most importantly, learning something new and making a positive difference in other people's lives along the way.

Please Note: Our check-in time is at 4 p.m. and our checkout time is at 11 a.m. We do not accept any early check-ins or late checkouts. Also, we allow ONE person per room in this shared home. This is an older neighbourhood close to downtown Indianapolis. It is a pretty safe area, although the road conditions are not ideal. But the property is located minutes from downtown for easy access. We have many guests who stayed here through booking com and also from Airbnb, and there were no issues. If you have any questions, please let us know.
