Community amenities include a pool, tennis court, fitness room and game room. There's something for your entire party. The guest will be responsible for purchasing amenity passes at the POA office. Monday-Saturday 9 am- 5 pm. Amenity passes are 59 dollars per card. Each card allows 4 guests to use the amenities during the reservation dates. The POA only takes checks or money orders for payments. The outdoor pools are open from Memorial Day to Labor Day only. Fireplaces are operable from October 1st – April 15th only. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AMNo smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. More information can be found from the "Additional rules" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
