Welcome to our beautiful property perched high amongst the trees gives you amazing privacy! It feels like it’s your own private villa! Enjoy coffee on your own private deck overlooking the landscaped yard and pool. You are renting the entire 2nd floor studio apartment which is attached to our main house and has its own private entrance. Even though it’s connected to our home it has its own sense of privacy and tucked away. There is a decorative fence that fences in our yard adding to the privacy. You may see us from time to time but we try to stay out of our guests way as much as possible. You may also see some kids toys, our golf cart and bikes sitting out in the driveway. We like our privacy as well so we have designed the property to try and give you a sense of your own space. New King sized mattress, pull out sofa sleeper and air mattress for your use. Please read the house rules for all details. Pool, patio or yard is not able to be used by studio guests. We look forward to having you stay with us!
