Property information

Submerse yourself in total luxury in this upscale tenth floor, three-bedroom, three-and-a-half bathroom unit at the highly sought-after Turquoise Place! This unit features a large balcony with a private Hot Tub, grill, and of course a gorgeous view of the Gulf of Mexico! The spacious living room offers ample seating, a fireplace, and a large flat-screen tv. The kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking essentials and opens up to the dining area which offers a large formal dining table with seating for eight; the kitchen bar also offers seating for five. The wet bar is the perfect place to whip up your favorite concoction and has an ice machine and wine cooler. Property Project update The Tennis courts are being resurfaced and new lighting installed as of today. We expect to reopen the new courts by March 11, 2022 The Lazy River is expected to reopen by March 4, 2022 All outdoor pools now have new furniture- providing ample seating for all our Owners and guests
