LIVING AREA Detailed with hardwood floors, colorful accents, and a custom gas fireplace, the living area is the ideal place to relax for movie nights on the smart TV with Chromecast. Choose from a selection of games for a fun activity. KITCHEN & DINING The well-equipped kitchen features a full suite of stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and plenty of cookware. When it's time to dine, the table seats four. BED & BATH This home sleeps eight guests in three bedrooms. The primary bedroom offers a king bed, a desk, and an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity and a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom is furnished with a twin bed and a full-size bed, while the third bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed. An adjacent bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination. A half bath adds convenience. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES Serving as the social hub of the property, the outdoor space presents a sundeck with loungers, a charcoal grill, and a cornhole game. Take indulgent soaks in the private hot tub or enjoy a crisp beverage at one of the sitting areas, one of which has a wood-burning firepit. Parking is available for three cars in the driveway. This home has a two-story layout. This property is not equipped with air conditioning but there are fans available for use.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
