Built in 1910, this iconic Victorian home welcomes you and your guests to the historic Lincolnville District in downtown St. Augustine. This vacation rental is close to fun coffee shops and just a few miles from local beaches (approximately a 10-minute drive). Downtown is within easy walking distance (15 minutes) and Preserved Restaurant, Fish Camp, Ice Plant, and St. Augustine Distillery are approximately a 5-minute walk from home. Spread out over three floors, this three-bedroom delight is brimming with modern amenities and comforts while still retaining its early 20th century charm. The well-equipped, full kitchen includes everything you need to whip up quick breakfasts and lunches or prepare extravagant dinners. Meet up for mealtimes or family game nights at the table for six, and then close out your days in the living area complete with comfortable sofas, a combination pool and Ping-Pong table, an electric fireplace to help set the mood, and a TV for streaming all your favorite channels. Outside in your fenced backyard, cool down or warm up in your private pool or simply take a seat on your furnished patio. This home also features private balconies off the second-floor bedrooms - ideal for enjoying the fresh air and sunshine with a cup of coffee and one of the many provided books. THINGS TO KNOW - Two folding beds are provided. - Pool heat and cooling available for an additional fee.
