Tree-lined streets, nearby parks, and walkable surroundings provide convenient access to the area, and both St. Simons Island and Jekyll Island beaches are a short drive away. The residence includes 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Sleeping arrangements include 3 king beds and 2 queen beds. Additional sleeping accommodations may be available on request. The living areas feature preserved architectural elements, high-speed WiFi, multiple smart TVs with streaming access, and a dedicated workspace. Prime Location: • Wake up to the serenades of birds, picturesque tree-lined (centuries-old) street views and bask in morning sunshine on the porch, then unwind on the back deck in the afternoon. • ~5 minute walk to boutiques, historic squares, galleries, bars and restaurants • ~10 minute drive to St. Simons Island and Jekyll Island (beaches) • ~10 minute drive to Publix, Target, and other major retailers It doesn’t get more picturesque than Historic Downtown Brunswick. Much of the original Victorian architecture still stands today, and beautiful pocket parks and squares line the streets. On any given day you’ll see families and friends strolling the streets and enjoying the many offerings of the downtown district. The neighborhood boasts a vibrant mix of residents, from vacation goers to kids playing and parents strolling. I absolutely love this community.
