So make sure you seriously consider this condo, because you won't regret it. Step through the double doors and be greeted by a cozy living space. The sofa is a pull-out king bed, and there's a long, slim coffee table in front of the TV, which is just steps from the well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Continue toward the back of the condo to find a linen closet on your left and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet separated by a pocket door, and a vanity in another space. Turn around, and there's the entrance to the bedroom. It's a cozy space, but it has everything you'll need - plus that pool! The Latitude 38 by Vacasa Clubhouse is a private hangout for our guests. Expect unmatched service at a convenient location, ski lockers, concierge services, a cozy lounge, free WiFi, coffee, and snacks! THINGS TO KNOW As part of your stay with Vacasa, you will have access to the clubhouse. This facility is located in the heart of Mountain Village and is complete with ski lockers (limited availability & by request), on-site concierge services, free Wi-Fi, and coffee. There is no washer/dryer. The hot tub is closed in fall and spring. STR#339

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
