The house was bought by the current owners in November 2019 and lovingly refurnished. In front of the house entrance door is a small "Zen garden" which radiates peace and serenity. The new white lacquer kitchen is equipped with stainless steel electrical appliances. Directly from the entrance area you reach the living room with TV and comfortable seating. In the separate dining area - open to the kitchen - there is a table and 6 chairs for a nice dinner if you want to escape the sun. . Ceiling fans on the terrace, in the living room and bedroom provide a cool breeze. The furnishing of the bedrooms is modern and timeless. Lovingly selected decorations complete the special flair of this house. The master bedroom has a TV - unfortunately not yet visible on the available photos. The master area (King) with private bathroom is located on the right side of the house and also has access to the terrace through large sliding glass doors. The other two bedrooms (Queen and 2 Twin) with bathroom in between are on the left side of the house.
