Downtown Villa with splendid view onto water, heated pool. You have a with splendid view onto water. Pool is heated. Bring your boat and tie up to the boat dock. Home has amazing views onto the watercanal. Ride to the yacht club where you can enjoy the beautiful beach, swimming pools, tennis courts, kids' play yard, or the famous Boat House Restaurant. Come enjoy the sunshine state! Sunsets are amazing.

Lots of great restaurant nearby. Within walking distance: shops, restaurants, city center, bakery, butcher, hairdresser, grocery. The beach of Cape Coral is only a few minutes drive by car. The villa is in Cape Coral downtown, quiet but centrally located. But also Bars/Country dance club, restaurants are also nearby the villa, more or less walking distance. Fort Myers is only 3.1 Miles (6 Minutes) by car. Distance to public beach:7 Minuts or 2.5 miles
