Located within WALKING DISTANCE to Surprise Stadium this town home has Resort Style amenities including onsite Fitness Center and Heated Pool. 3 Full Bedrooms and 3 Full Baths, 9 ft ceilings. Fully Stocked chef's kitchen. High quality, luxury linens and towels and 2 car garage. Decorated with modern yet comfortable decor, the home is perfect for entertaining as well! Streaming TVs in every room and kitchen. Inside Laundry 12 short miles to Cardinal Stadium, outlet shopping and entertainment
We are a very active and healthy retired couple. We love to exercise, walk our dog, and travel the world. We love to explore vegan cuisine from all over the world. We enjoy functionally designed spaces when traveling and are excited to bring together two of our passions, design and travel. She is a retired IT program manager and he is retired police.
The Townhome Villa is located in a gated community that hosts a pool, jacuzzi and fitness center featuring lifecycle equipment. The community also has a playground for children and a small greenbelt. Outside the gates, you are steps away from the Surprise Stadium and a very short drive to Fry's and Safeway grocery stores. Restaurants and shopping are nearby and this location is close to outdoor activities and a 20 minute drive to State Farm Stadium. Come play and enjoy the good life in Surprise! A car is optimal for getting to and around Surprise, however if you like to walk or ride bikes there are ample trails and wide inviting streets. Parking at the Townhome Villa is quite easy, simply pull up to the garage, enter the access code on the keypad and pull into the oversized 2 car garage!
