The ocean is less than five miles away from this centrally-located home close to both Rehoboth and Lewes beaches. To help you prepare for your days on the shore the hospitable homeowners even provide a boogie board, sand toys, and an umbrella. For some swimming fun even closer, make your way to the community pool right outside the building. After a day in the sun, you may want some shade, so head home to lounge on your furnished, screened balcony. This is a great place to chat with your friends while sipping a cocktail and looking out onto the tranquil pond and pool views. Both bedrooms and the living area have wall-mounted flatscreen smart TVs when you're ready to unwind in the comfort of the central AC. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. There is a full-size sofa bed in the living area. Please note this home is on the third floor and does not have an elevator. Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within ten days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
