We LOVE how quiet it is out here! Watching the sunset over the mountain and vineyard view can't be beat. We also really like that we can get to Asheville in almost the same amount of time as Gatlinburg. Because we are in a neighborhood, area dogs sometimes roam across our property. Be aware when outside with your pets and/or children. Wildlife, including bears, inhabit the area and have been seen on this property. Please maintain a safe distance from wildlife, and do not feed them. Be careful not to leave any food, drinks, coolers, or trash outside or in your vehicle. Bear proof trash bins are provided. You will need a vehicle to get around, public transportation is not readily available. Plenty of parking is available on the property.
