Hello, I am Angie, and I'm the Founder of the VIP Center! I'm a Business Coach, Author and Speaker. We help women grow in business and build their faith through coaching + community. We do public events for business women, and we also open up our space to private event bookings (we have an event center on the back of the building). We also offer 5 unique single occupancy rooms for female guests. This space is for professionals, college moms, traveling nurses, and other women who are needing a safe, secure, and gorgeously comfortable place to stay while in Indianapolis. We are not the place for partiers and we are not a long term renting solution. Instead, we focus on those who need the home away from home while they work or visit family.

The VIP Center for Business Women is a 1903 Mini-Mansion completely renovated and perfect for traveling nurses, business women, college moms, and interns. Rooms are SINGLE OCCUPANCY FOR FEMALE GUESTS ONLY. We have 5 Unique Rooms/Studios available FOR FEMALE GUESTS. Our stunningly beautiful place is also a coworking and meeting space that you'll have access when you book. It's heavenly, quiet and designed for tired business ladies. We have free private parking near downtown-Red Line is within steps, or quick Uber ride to the airport. You'll have everything you need here with our top notch hospitality! We have 5 unique rooms that are quiet, private, and beautiful. We are told often that the pictures don't do the rooms justice. We have on the 2nd Floor: The Peace Retreat, a gorgeous studio room with private ensuite bathroom; The Freedom Room and the Inspire Room, super comfy, colorful, and share a full bathroom when both rooms are booked; The 3rd floor has two rooms- The Dream Studio, a unique set up with with a separate living/kitchenette area and the most comfortable bed on the planet; and our very popular Solitude Room- twin bed, comfy and cozy. These two rooms share a bathroom when both are booked. Our property is only for female guests. The first floor has a wide variety of places to go sit, relax, work, hang out in the kitchen, and it is like having your own house. We have 2 outdoor spots- the terrace, and the 2nd floor balcony. We have top ratings from Airbnb and VRBO.

North Washington Blvd. is perfectly located right near downtown but out of the madness with an easy trip to downtown in less than 5 minutes. Our street is quiet, beautiful, with a mix of private businesses, law firms, and a few residents as well. Our location is private with 3 layers of security, a well lit private parking lot and code access entrance.
